UK Independent Schools Inspectorate - ISI is an operationally independent part of ISC, and fully accountable to it.  ISI exists to provide inspection and consultancy to members of ISC associations, and any other groupings determined by the ISI committee, according to standards and criteria set out in the handbook and agreed with the DfES.
